All and every person or persons concerned are hereby required to take notice that in pursuance of a direction received from the Judge of the District Court assigned to this District,

I, as Clerk for the above-mentioned court area, do hereby adjourn the holding of this Court as follows:

• All custody matters shall stand so remanded to Clonmel District Court 2 on the 24 July 2025 which is the sitting of the Court next held in the District Court District 21
• All persons on bail are remanded to the next sitting of Youghal District Court on 10 September 2025 at 10.30 am
• All civil, family and licensing matters shall stand adjourned to the 10 September 2025.
• All Domestic Violence interim orders (Protection Order / Interim Barring Order) remain in force until the conclusion of the substantive hearing.

and all and every person or persons summoned, or bound by recognisance to attend this Court to be held here today, are hereby bound and required to attend as aforesaid without any further notice.
